Many fellow figuring collectors are probably aware of this special figure being made available. For those of you who don’t, read on to see what Good Smile Company has cooked up.

With the recent devastating Earthquake in Japan on March 11, 2011, many were left without homes and other essentials for living. While the government of Japan can do so much, having the aid from other organizations is a great plus. One such organization is the Japanese Red Cross. To help the Red Cross many ways of donating have been established.

So what does this have to do with your figure collection hobby? Well, Good Smile Company has come up with a special “Support Version” . If your are an extreme Miku fan, then here is your chance to expand your collection. If you are not a Miku fan, how about gifting one to someone? Who knows, you might stir their inner figure collector / otaku.

So what does this cutie cost? 3000¥ What? You say? That’s the usual Nendo price.. But wait there’s more… Good Smile will be donating 1000¥ of each purchase to the Japanese Red Cross. Is that not cool or what? But there is a catch.. She will only be available for purchase from April 8 – April 21 on their English site. Here are some glamor shots…

Here are all the ordering goodies you need…
