Though out the news programs that I have seen on UStream and NHK on UVerse, both the news crews and citizens were always calm. It is definitely a difference in society/culture. Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe it is more for the needs of others rather than self? I like that a lot. Though I don't speak the language, I wish I could go there as a family to help. My kids could play with other kids and we could help clear things away. Just the experience working with others I would think be worth the memories. I agree Kyle.
