According to a tweet released by Dark Horse Comics (@DarkHorseComics) a FLCL manga omnibus is to be released in 2012. Me, I enjoyed how the anime went in seemingly many directions at once. I’m curious to see how the handle that style story telling in the manga form.

His new movie Shark Night 3D opened yesterday, and despite not expecting huge box office returns director David R. Ellis has inked his next deal with the studio Distant Horizon. Variety reports, Ellis will helm a live action remake of the Japanese anime movie Kite, which was originally released in 1998 by filmmaker Yasuomi Umetsu. (more…)
